Are you looking to improve your flexibility or core strength? Or do you just want to learn some new tricks? Then this course is just for you. Working closely with Charlie, FTF’s very own gymnastics coach, we’ll teach you the disciplines and foundation skills of gymnastics.
You don’t need to have any experience in gymnastics, in fact the less you have, the better it will be! We’ll have access to specialised gymnastics equipment where you will be taught how to perform different moves correctly and safely.
But don’t take our word for it…Jamie recently completed the course.
“The gymnastics course was great fun and was something that I really looked forward to every week. It was great exercise and at the same time I was learning new skills and attempting things I wouldn’t ever normally do which kept it really interesting. There were other lasting benefits too – I started off the 12 weeks with the flexibility of a potato and saw huge improvements over the course (I went from not being able to touch my toes to being able to touch the ground!). As instructors Malcolm and Charlie were very supportive throughout the course, helping to explain helpful tips and techniques to make some of the more challenging skills much easier. When can I sign up for the intermediate course?!”
With a bit of work, and lot of fun, you will notice vast improvements in strength, flexibility and mobility.
