It is that time again...CLIENT OF THE MONTH - MAY!

WHAT HAS BEEN YOUR BEST ACHIEVMENT SO FAR?

The gym has never been my friend and I've always found it extremely hard to motivate myself to get there. I really hate cardio exercises (mainly due to laziness) but at the start of this year I started to feel really sluggish, tired and just wasn't really focusing on what made me feel good. I had been doing PT with Charlie for 3 months prior to this but that was during Christmas and some holidays so results weren't coming my way...did I also mention I'm impatient?! 

My biggest achievement was when I recognised that something had to change and I managed to stick by it!! I now eat better (and more) but I also enjoy the good stuff when I want it, rather than when I am bored or to satisfy a hunger. I also ENJOY going to the gym and started to run, which hands down is the exercise I told Charlie at the start I hated most!

WHAT HAS BEEN THE BIGGEST SURPRISE?

Definately the results! I don't think I truly trusted that working out and eating better would make a difference. I have so much more energy, motivation  and feel much happier in my own skin.

YOUR TOP TIP TO OTHERS?

Trust it and focus on your diet where you can...most importantly ENJOY IT!!

Also take pictures and measurements, it completely validates your hard work whenever you start to doubt yourself.
