It is that time again...CLIENT OF THE MONTH - JUNE!
This month goes to the cool cat that is Stanley Bird. He has recently taken his training to the next level and is destroying it! He has started training with Malcolm 3 times a week and everyday he seems to be gaining muscle and becoming stronger and stronger! Well done Stanley! Keep up the good work.
WHAT HAS BEEN YOUR BEST ACHIEVMENT SO FAR?
The whole process really. Realising I needed to get "back on track" in terms of exercise and diet, getting over that "I'll do it tomorrow/next week/next month" attitude and actually taking the step to contact FTF and getting set up with Malcolm!
WHAT HAS BEEN THE BIGGEST SURPRISE?
Receiving positive feedback and comments about how much better I look and feeling stronger too - and also no longer having to sit on the "naughty steps"* outside the gym to recover...
YOUR TOP TIP TO OTHERS?
Training with Malcolm 3 times a week has definitely made a great difference in achieving my goals. It makes me dedicate time for exercise in my daily/weekly routine and reinforces my self discipline. Keep going. Don't give up.
* The step being referred to is a small wall, that if someone feels a little bit sick we sit outside and discuss how we would bring all wrongs in the world to right and, hopefully, feel better!
