A bit about us
We’re not actually all about us, we’re all about you. We’re not perfect and we don’t expect you to be either. All we ask is that you commit to the sessions and take on board the advice we share. We started where you are now and we’ll use our knowledge gained through experience to help you help yourself. This is the start of your journey to lead a healthy and happy lifestyle and be the best you that you can be.
However, let’s talk seriously for a second. We keep up to date with the latest research and methods for both fitness and nutrition to teach and help you ditch the trends and focus on the science.

where we work
We can train you from any Edinburgh Leisure gym facilities, so we can come to you. We can chat with you about which facility is closest to you, but also has right equipment to help you get great results.
